We can be flexible on timings where the day's occupancy allows. Please speak to reservations in advance if you need an early arrival or a late departure.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation on or before 20 days prior to check-in: 40% of the total amount is refunded.
• Cancellation within 15 days of check-in: no refund. The booking may be amended to suit your requirements, subject to availability.
• Bookings cannot be amended during peak season.
• Cancellations received after 15 days prior to check-in are charged 100% retention.

Child policy

• Infants 0–2 yearsStay free · complimentary infant meals are not provided
• Children up to 5 yearsStay free when using an available bed
• Children 6–12 years₹1,500 per person, per night
• Adults (extra)₹2,500 per person, per night

House rules

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
• Accepted identification: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence or government-issued ID. Local IDs are accepted.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Unmarried couples are welcome.
• Groups of male guests are welcome.
• Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
• Smoking is permitted within the premises but not inside guest rooms.
• Private parties and events are permitted.
• The property is wheelchair accessible; guests should bring their own wheelchair.
• Damage to room property is chargeable at the value of the item.

Dietary note

Pork and beef are not served anywhere on the property.
