Check-in is from 1:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Our front desk is open 24 hours, and we stay flexible on timings where the day’s occupancy allows. Speak to our reservations team in advance if you need an early arrival or a late departure.

Every room takes up to 4 guests in total, and up to 3 guests without an extra bed. An extra bed is a chargeable mattress: ₹1,500 per night for a child aged 6 to 12 and ₹2,500 per night for an adult. See the rooms page for each category.

Children up to and including 5 years stay free when using an available bed. Infants aged 0 to 2 years stay free too, though we do not provide complimentary infant meals. Extra beds for older children are charged as set out in our terms and conditions.

The Executive Room and the Presidential Suite both look onto the pool. The Presidential Suite adds a bathtub and an in-room sofa, and the Crown Suite has a private balcony (only two exist). The Executive Room has twin beds; our other rooms have a king-size bed. The Classic Room is our most-booked category.

Every room has room-controlled air conditioning and heating, a 43-inch LED television, hot and cold water, an electric kettle for tea and coffee, two complimentary bottles of mineral water, a work desk, a wardrobe, a hairdryer and toiletries. Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room and across the property, and it is fast enough to work on.

We have three places to eat and drink. Golden Garnish is our multi-cuisine restaurant beside the pool, open 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. Crown Cafe is open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Secrets Sips is our pub, open from 11:30 am until late. See all dining for details.

It depends on your rate plan. We offer room only, breakfast, breakfast and dinner or all meals plans (EP, CP, MAP and AP). Golden Garnish serves breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm and dinner from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Ask for the plan you want when you enquire for rates.

Yes. Secrets Sips is the first pub in Coorg. It is on our fifth floor with a semi-open top and a view over Nisargadhama, and it seats 120 guests. It opens at 11:30 am and stays open late, with DJ nights every alternate weekend. Golden Garnish and Crown Cafe do not serve alcohol.

Crown Cafe serves hand-picked Coorg filter coffee, tea, tea bites, cookies, cakes and pastries from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. It seats 80 guests.

We do not serve pork or beef anywhere on the property. Outside food is not allowed. For the current menu, call our reservations desk on +91 63669 76644 and we will talk you through the day’s dishes. The swimming pool is open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Guests tell us it is quiet enough in the mornings to have to themselves. Read more under facilities.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available 24 hours and covered by CCTV. Ample parking is also available for guests attending an event.

Our front desk is open 24 hours and the property has full power backup. We can help with currency exchange through a local contact, call a doctor to the property (chargeable) and arrange luggage assistance. Our facilities page lists everything available on site.

Yes. The property is wheelchair accessible, and guests should bring their own wheelchair. Call our front office if you would like to talk through your needs before you arrive.

Golden Gathering, our banquet hall, takes up to 400 guests. Seating options are 250 guests theatre style, 120 in clusters, 120 to 150 at round tables and 25 in a boardroom setup. Details are on our banquet hall page.

Hall hire includes the seating arrangement for your chosen style. Decoration and catering are charged separately, and our kitchen handles the catering. Tell us your plan through the event enquiry form and we will quote for it.

Yes. Golden Gathering takes weddings and receptions of up to 400 guests, and the outdoor function area beside it suits an open-air ceremony. Your families can stay in our 30 rooms and suites on the same property. See weddings in Coorg for more.

Mysuru (Mysore) Railway Station is about 90 km away, a drive of 2.5 to 3 hours. Mangalore International Airport is about 170 km away, a drive of 3.5 to 4 hours. Rates are occupancy-based, and we confirm them when you enquire so you get the right price for your dates and party. GST is 5% for room tariff up to ₹7,499 and 18% for room tariff above ₹7,500. GST on food and beverage is 18%. Enquire for rates or call +91 63669 76644.

Cancellation on or before 20 days prior to check-in earns a refund of 40% of the total amount. Cancellation 15 days prior to check-in earns no refund. Cancellations received after 15 days prior to check-in are charged 100% retention. We can amend a booking subject to availability, but not during peak season. Read the full terms and conditions.

50% is payable at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit and debit cards and international payment methods. Room rates are confirmed at the time of enquiry, so send us an enquiry for current tariffs.

Unfortunately not. We cannot accommodate pets on the property.

Smoking is permitted within the premises but not inside guest rooms. Our house rules cover this and other policies.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and show a Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence or other government-issued ID. Local IDs are accepted. Unmarried couples and groups of male guests are welcome. Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
