We can be flexible on timings where the day's occupancy allows. Please speak to reservations in advance if you need an early arrival or a late departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on or before 20 days prior to check-in: we refund 40% of the total amount.
- Cancellation 15 days prior to check-in: no refund. The booking may be amended to suit your requirements, subject to availability.
- Bookings cannot be amended during peak season.
- Cancellations received after 15 days prior to check-in are charged 100% retention.
Children & Extra Beds
Child Policy
- Infants 0–2 yearsStay free · complimentary infant meals are not provided
- Children up to 5 yearsStay free when using an available bed
- Children 6–12 years₹1,500 per person, per night
- Adults (extra)₹2,500 per person, per night

On the Property
House Rules
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
- Accepted identification: Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence or government-issued ID. Local IDs are accepted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Unmarried couples are welcome.
- Groups of male guests are welcome.
- Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
- Smoking is permitted within the premises but not inside guest rooms.
- Private parties and events are permitted.
- The property is wheelchair accessible; guests should bring their own wheelchair.
- Damage to room property is chargeable at the value of the item.

Dietary Note
Pork and beef are not served anywhere on the property.
